If an existing Client forgets how to access the Client Portal direct them to the client portal login page. They will enter their email address. If their email address is registered with a provider, they will receive an email with instructions for logging in with that provider. If they do not receive an email, please have them contact their provider for assistance in setting up their patient portal account.
Accessing Your Client Portal Account
- Direct them to My Patient Portal Login.
- Enter email address.
- Click Submit.
