Fully Paid Invoice Still Shows "In Progress" on the Ledger

 Permissions: You must have Billing Permissions.

An Invoice will still show the status of "In Progress" on the Client Ledger when the Claim itself hasn't been updated.

Apex Workflow

1. From the Invoice in the Client Ledger click the In Progress Status.
2. OR navigate to Claim manually:
   • Click Billing tab in primary navigation bar.
   • Click Accepted tab.
3. Click Update Status for appropriate Claim.
4. Select Paid/Processed.
5. Your Claim will move to Paid/Process tab and the Invoice will update to Fully Paid in the Client Ledger.

Non-Apex User Workflow

This will be done from the Submitted tab.

1. From the Invoice in the Client Ledger click the In Progress Status.
2. OR navigate to Claim manually:
   • Click Billing tab in primary navigation bar.
   • Click Accepted tab.
3. Click Update Status for appropriate Claim. 
4. Select Paid/Processed.
5. Your Claim will move to Paid/Process tab and the Invoice will update to Fully Paid in the Client Ledger.
