Archive Dynamic Forms
Previously, your only option to remove a Dynamic form from a Case or Client tab was to delete it. Now though, you have the option to Archive it. Archiving a Dynamic Forms allows you to remove the Form for new Clients, but retain the Form for existing Clients if information had already been entered in the Form.
- Client or Case Form is archived and there is NO Client Data - If no data has been entered on a Client or Case Form for a Client, when you archive the Form, that Dynamic Form (tab) will be removed from the Client Profile.
- Client or Case Form is archived and there IS Client Data - That Dynamic Form (tab) will remain in the Client Profile so you can access data entered. The tab will be italicized indicating it is archived. You can view existing data, but cannot add new data.
You can now access your AccuPoint Invoice History from the Manage Subscription tab. From here you will able to view or download past AccuPoint Invoices or Receipts, as well as export AccuPoint Invoice History. This export would include the Invoice Number, Created Date, Paid Date, Billed Amount, Paid Amount and Tax Amount.
