Archiving a Dynamic Forms allows you to remove the Form for new Clients, but retain the Form for existing Clients if information had already been entered in the Form.
- Client or Case Form is archived and there is NO Client Data - If no data has been entered on a Client or Case Form for a Client, when you archive the Form, that Dynamic Form (tab) will be removed from the Client Profile.
- Client or Case Form is archived and there IS Client Data - That Dynamic Form (tab) will remain in the Client Profile so you can access data entered. The tab will be italicized indicating it is archived. You can view existing data, but cannot add new data.

Archive Dynamic Form
NOTE: You can archive any Dynamic Form but you MUST always have at least one Dynamic Progress Note. If you try to archive the last Dynamic Progress Note in the list you will find the Archive option disabled.
- Click Dynamic Forms tab in primary navigation bar.
- Click Actions and select Archive for appropriate Dynamic Form.
- OR, select checkbox for all forms you want to archive.
- Click Archive Dynamic Form(s) button.
- Archived Dynamic Forms will move to the Archive section. Click the Archived button to toggle between Active and Archived Forms.
Unarchive Dynamic Form
You can unarchive a Dynamic Form. Doing so will reactivate the Form and it will be available again in the Client Profile.
- Click Dynamic Forms tab in primary navigation bar.
- Click Archived toggle.
- Click Actions and select Unarchive for appropriate Dynamic Form.
