Allow a Contact Access to the Client Portal (WebABA Pro & Group)

If you did not grant access to the Contact when you first added them to the Client's Contact Network, you can edit the Contact and grant access. 

1. Locate Client and open Client Profile.
2. Click Contact Network tab.
3. Click Edit button.
4. Select Allow access to Client Portal if you would like to to give this new Contact access to the Client's Portal Account.
   

   NOTE: Allowing access will prompt the Contact to their own Client Portal Account where they will be able to make Payments and schedule Appointments on behalf of the Client.

5. Select appropriate access.
6. Click Save.
