Client Portal includes a Client's Contact Network which would allow that contact the ability to access the Client's Portal Account and make a Payment and/or schedule Appointments for that Client. The Client Contact Network is primarily used in Family situations where a spouse/parent/guardian added to the Client's Contact Network would be able to make Payments and schedule Appointments for them in the Client Portal.
- Staff Members with the proper permissions will be able to add a Contact to the Client's Contact Network and invite them to the Client Portal for that Client.
NOTE: A contact can be a new contact or an existing Client in WebABA.
- Client Contacts will be able to have access to multiple Client Account Profiles! For example, if you have three children, you can be added as a Client Contact for each of them, and when you log into YOUR Client Portal Account you will be able to toggle between the Profiles and make Appointments or Payments for them.
- After you've added a Contact to one Client, they will be in the system to add to another Client later if needed.
- Also, after a Contact has been added, they can easily be converted to Client if needed!
NOTE: At this time Secure Messaging is not available for Client Contact Client Portal Accounts. On the Client themselves will be able to Secure Message their Therapist from their own Client Portal Account.
