Delete Client Authorization by Service Type

  Permissions: You must have Billing Permissions. 

1. Locate Client and open Client Profile.
2. Click Bill To & Insurance Info tab. 
3. Scroll down to Insurance Authorizations section.
4. Click the Delete button for the appropriate Authorization and confirm deletion.
