You can track mileage for each Appointment from the Agenda or the Calendar. You can edit entered Mileage via the same methods. A Client Appointment must be created before you can track mileage.

Track Mileage via Agenda
- Click the Add Mileage button in the Staff column on the Agenda.
- Enter Appropriate Mileage in field.
- Click Save.
- Mileage displays on Appointment.
- Click Edit Mileage button to edit entered mileage if appropriate.
Track Mileage via Calendar
- Double click the block of the desired Appointment on the Calendar.
- Enter appropriate Mileage in Mileage field.
- Click Save.
