Prospective Clients (WebABA Pro & Group)

You can add Prospective Clients to WebABA.

When adding a Prospective Client you will enter basic Client Details. You can enter additional Client Details after the Prospective Client is made Active.

Prospective clients do not count towards the active client count in calculation of subscription fees.

NOTE: Access to Prospective Clients is a default staff permission.

Add a Prospective Client

1. Click Clients tab in primary navigation bar.
2. Click Prospective Clients on the left menu.
3. Click Add Prospective Client button
4. Enter Add New Prospective Client details:
   • First name
   • Preferred name
   • Preferred name
   • Middle name
   • Last name
   • Home phone number
   • Mobile phone number
   • Email
   • Assigned Staff
   • Select Location
   • Notes
5. Click Save Prospective Client button. The prospective client details entered will be saved.
   
   
   

Add or Edit Prospective Client Details

Information can be updated or added for a Prospective Client before they become Active.

1. Click Clients tab in primary navigation bar.
2. Click Prospective Clients on the left menu.
3. Scroll or use the search boxes at the top of a column to find the Prospective Client.
4. Click Edit button in the Actions Column.
5. Enter Add or Edit Prospective Client details:
   • First name
   • Preferred name
   • Preferred name
   • Middle name
   • Last name
   • Home phone number
   • Mobile phone number
   • Email
   • Assigned Staff
   • Select Location
   • Notes
6. Click Save Prospective Client button. The updated prospective client details entered will be saved.
   

Activate a Prospective Client

When a Prospective Client becomes an Active Client, you can Activate their information and add additional details.

NOTE: assigned staff will be assigned to the client when the client is activated. Learn more about viewing clients by assigned staff.

1. Click Clients tab in primary navigation bar.
2. Click Prospective Clients on the left menu.
3. Scroll or use the search boxes at the top of a column to find the Prospective Client.
4. Click Activate button in the Actions Column.
5. Confirm client activation dialog is displayed. Click Activate button. 
   Client Details will open. You can add in additional Client Details now or do so later.
   
   

Delete a Prospective Client

1. Click Clients tab in primary navigation bar.
2. Click Prospective Clients on the left menu.
3. Scroll or use the search boxes at the top of a column to find the Prospective Client.
4. Click Delete button in the Actions Column.
5. Confirmation dialog is displayed. Click Yes I'm Sure button. 
6. Prospective Client is deleted.
