If you submit Claims with Apex, you can write a Claim Memo for Claims that have been submitted to the Clearinghouse. After a Claim Memo is added, you cannot edit or delete it. You can however, write a new Claim Memo.
NOTE: Claims in Awaiting Submission cannot have a Claim Memo.
- Click Billing tab in primary navigation bar.
- Click Claims in side navigation.
- Locate Claim in appropriate Status.
- Click Actions and select Add Claim Memo.
- Enter your memo.
- Click Save.
