Claim Scrub Error:
- Primary Diagnostic Codes are required. You can fill them at least in one case related to current invoice.
Fix
This occurs when there is no Diagnostic Code in the Behavioral Assessment tab.
- Go to the Client Profile and click Notes.
- Add a Diagnosis via the Behavioral Assessment tab.

Save the changes.
- Click the Progress Notes tab.
- Check that the Diagnostic Code appears on the Progress Note.
- Link the Progress Note to the Appointment.
