Client Service Types

Permissions: You must have Organization Administration Permissions.

Service Types are assigned to Clients to manage the services that can be used when scheduling appointments. Client can only be scheduled for appointments using the service types assigned.

Assign Client Service Types

1. Click Clients in the navigation bar, and select All Clients from the drop-down.
2. Find the desired client and click Client Name.
3. On Client Details page, click Assign Service Types tab.
4. Check Enable Assigned Service Types for this Client.
5. Click Assign Service Type button. 
   
   
6. The Apply Service Types page is displayed.
7. Select the service types to be assign to the client.
8. Click Apply Selected Services.
   
   
   

Unassign Client Service Types

1. Access the Clients tab.
2. Find the desired client and click Client Name.
3. On Client Details page, click Assign Service Types tab.
4. Locate the Service Type to remove and click Unassign.
