  Permissions: You must have Billing Permissions with the ability to "Submit Claims to Clearinghouse" enabled.

Fix Rejection

Your Tax ID has too many numbers. You need to edit them in the Payers section of WebABA. 

1. Click Billing tab in primary navigation bar.
2. Click Insurers in side menu.
3. Locate appropriate Payer.
4. Correct Tax ID error.
5. Click Save.

After you've made your corrections you can Resubmit Corrected Claim.
