Therapists subscribed to Client Portal can set their preferences for Service types available for scheduling, Notifications and Locations available for scheduling used by clients in Client Portal.
To choose Client Portal settings:
- Click Your Name in the main navigation bar and select Client Portal Settings.
- Under Service types available for scheduling select individual service types used for appointment by clicking the appropriate check boxes or Select All.
- Select Notifications to receive an email when appointments are created, rescheduled or canceled on Client Portal.
- Click in the box under Locations available for scheduling to select locations where you provide services.
- Click Save Settings.
