Client Flags are created to mark the Client EHR with important information related to their billing, scheduling or clinical status. After client flags are created, they can be added to the client details or to an appointment on the agenda.
Apply Client Flags
- Click Clients in the navigation bar, then select All Clients from the drop-down.
- Scroll to or search for the Client.
- Click Client Name to open Client Details.
- Scroll down the Client Details to locate Client Flags in the right column.
- Select the Client Flag(s) to be added.
- Click Save.
View Client Flags
Client Flags in Client Details
- Click Clients in the navigation bar, then select All Clients from the drop-down.
- Scroll to or search for the Client.
- Click Client Name to open Client Details.
- Client Flags are displayed at the top of the page.
Client Flags in Schedule
- Navigate to any day on the Agenda.
- Scroll to any appointment.
