POS within a Treatment Location
The POS “Place of Service” will now be available for you to enter within treatment locations at both Organization and Client levels. This will allow more flexibility/timesaving for organizations that bill under multiple POS. For more Information, click here for the Organization level and click here for the Client level.
AMA CPT® Code Billing & Licenses
Practice management and EHR organizations are now legally required to collect annual licensing fees for Current Procedural Terminology (CPT®) codes on behalf of the American Medical Association (AMA). To comply with this requirement, staff members that need to be added as a Rendering Provider on invoices in WebABA will need to have a paid CPT® license for the current year. Features have been added to assign, view and manage CPT® licenses. Click here for more details.

New fields have been added to the Paid/Processed claim tab on the billing page to improve the information provided. Fields added include: Invoice Date, Billing Provider, Rendering Provider, CPT Code(s) and Place of Service. Click here for more information.
