Customizing your intake forms is the next step in successfully building your client EHR.
Basic intake forms can be used within the intake forms section of the Parent Portal in WebABA.
You may also create a variety of other custom Dynamic Forms for additional Client, Organization or Case intake information to help build the client EHR.
Now it is time to welcome your clients to your practice! You can take advantage of the Parent Portal to:
- Send intake forms to clients
- Allow clients/parents/guardians to schedule appointments
