Create an Alias for Support Account (WebABA Pro & Group)

Once you've created a support portal account, you can use it to review existing support requests and comment in the User Community. If you are active in the User Community and you'd like to prevent other users from seeing your full name, you can create an alias. 

Click the drop-down next to your name in the upper right hand corner.
Select My profile from the drop-down.
Click Edit profile.
Enter in your desired Alias.
Click Save
