[Cancel Appointment] 

Reschedule from the Appointments Tab

1. Click the Appointments tab.
2. Click Reschedule for the appointment.
   
   
   
   
3. The Reschedule Appointment page opens.
4. Double-click on the appointment to open the appointment window.
   
   
5. Make desired changes to the Date/Time and click Save.
   

   NOTE: Appointment time reflects the location time zone. 

   
   

Reschedule from the Calendar Tab

1. Click the Calendar tab.
2. Double-click on the appointment to open the Reschedule Appointment page.
   

   NOTE: After you double-click on the appointment, you will be able to drag and drop it on any available date/time on the calendar.

   
   
   
   
   
3. Place your cursor in the upper right corner of the appointment block to drag and drop it to another available date/time on the calendar.
   
   
   
   

Cancel Appointment

NOTE: you cannot cancel an appointment if is within 24 hours of the start time. 

1. Click the Appointments tab.
2. Click Cancel for the appointment.
   
   
   
   
3. A pop-up window opens to confirm appointment cancellation. Click Cancel Appointment.
